Drinks Photography Research

Promotion Shots

As I am going to be photographing each individual flavour, I thought it would be helpful to get some scamps to work from as photography isn't one of my strong skills and without preparation it will be rushed and not the best it could be.

I have looked at existing photography to get a better understanding of what compositions work and what will not. As I don't have the budget or time to make adverts that are this polished I will focus on keeping it simple, get a good shot of a glass and the bottle and put the focus on the accompanying copy.

Really dark atmosphere gives an adult and 'forbidden' aesthetic

I think a set up like this would work well, just using one or two pieces of fruit/ ingredient with the drink and not trying to fit too many objects into the composition

it would be good to use some whipped cream in the shoot but I don't know how difficult it would be considering the heat of the photography lights.

This composition would work well, if more space was left at the bottom left corner then I'd be able to work in some type.
